Description
This is an opportunity for a driven and talented individual to make a real difference in a varied role, and assistance will be required to support the Executive Directors and Operations Team with data inputting, arranging travel and accommodation, preparing itineraries, recording expenses, undertaking clerical duties, dealing with mails and emails, allocating daily payments, assisting with bank relationships, reviewing action point trackers, scheduling mentor meetings, updating annual leave and KYC details, organising employee of the month awards, supporting operational projects and streamline operational processes, undertaking business analyses, building MI reporting, supporting internal training, attending meetings, supporting policy writing, supporting data management, supporting premises/facilities projects, contract and supplier management, dealing with lease of office premises, maintaining IT registers.
Candidate will be educated to at least ‘A’ level/equivalent, preferably with degree/similar and willing to study for professional qualification; ideally at least 2 years of experience in financial services, with good understanding of operational function, projects and systems; excellent problem solving, MS Office, presentation, communication, time management and organisational skills; team player with initiative, accuracy and high attention to detail who can work independently.
