Description

Great and varied role, dealing with AML and reporting any suspicious transactions, maintaining good employee relations, recording time spent on each entity and updating records, undertaking duties as Deputy Data Protection Officer, attending meetings regarding training and business development, preparation of payment instructions, assisting with clearance of points arising from administration/independent/formation/closure reviews, assisting with collection of fees, preparing minutes, ensuring funds managed effectively, preparing bank statements, ensuring client assets correctly identified and allocated, ensuring prompt and correct filing of all returns required in compliance with legislation.

Candidate will hold professional qualification in accordance with Table 5/Trust and Company Business Codes of Practice to qualify as a Category “C” employee; strong communication and relationship skills; good clerical and business acumen skills; good knowledge of offshore financial services and regulatory environment and software used; proactive team player; willing to progress with further studies.
