Description
This is a great opportunity to assist with administering portfolio of private clients, including trusts and companies, under the supervision of the Manager, working 20- 25 hours per week. Duties will involve inputting payments, preparing checklists and back up documentation; dealing with varied range of queries/projects; reviewing minutes and documents for execution and liaising with company secretarial department; producing account opening forms, due diligence packs and relevant checklists; assisting with onboarding new clients by populating forms; assisting with preparation of monthly/quarterly reporting and FATCA/CRS Reporting; achieve chargeability, WIP, recoverability and debtor targets; onboarding and exiting procedures for clients.
Candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience in private client trust and company; flexible, proactive, accurate team player who can prioritise and work with attention to detail and under pressure; working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Access; exceptional communication, analytical, administrative and organisational skills.
