Description
This is a great opportunity assisting with establishing, maintaining and terminating fund, managed business and other corporate structures, and liaising with clients to build direct relationships; participating in client meetings; maintaining accurate statutory records and updating computer database and electronic records; checking and reviewing client structures’ constitutive documents; compliance with processes; co-ordination of director and shareholder meetings, including agenda and minutes; preparing and processing bank transfer instructions, investor capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and redemptions; facilitating and managing investment acquisitions and disposals; facilitating investor reporting; undertaking client periodic reviews; able to advise on CDD requirements; maintaining board meeting trackers, template agendas and actively managing board meeting process for clients.
Candidate must be proficient in minute writing; attention to detail; strong time management and organisational skills; willingness to study for professional qualifications; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; educated to at least A Level/equivalent (with professional qualifications/experience); ideally 3-5 years of demonstrable funds experience, preferably with knowledge/exposure to fund and corporate structures, SPV administration/5 years of financial services experience; competency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and O365.
