Description
This is a great role supporting Securities Operations processes including monitoring trade settlement, arranging stock transfers, collecting quarterly fees, producing scheduled valuation reports and approving client payments and FX, producing and reviewing key control reports including cash and stock reconciliations, and taking action to record and resolve any items identified, process and approve securities transaction, liaise with business partners to resolve queries and will be involved in tasks supporting the maintenance of client’s securities portfolios.
Candidate must be proficient with MS office systems (especially excel) and have proven experience within an administration role; good communication, accuracy, numeracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines/work within restricted timescales. A plus would be experience within a financial administration role.
