Description
Great role to proactively and reactively identify immediate and potential regulatory concerns, threats and risks, collaboration with stakeholders to identify, develop and update on intelligence matters; conducting proactive horizon scanning activities to understand emerging risks, analyse information received from varying sources including complex data sets and reports, develop wide network of professionals to facilitate flow of information and understanding of how intelligence is being used from a regulatory perspective; provide recording of research, intelligence reports, analysis undertaken and decision making within internal systems, PowerPoint presentations used to disseminate intelligence, lead strategy meetings, act upon stakeholder feedback to enable continuous improvement, create and maintain relevant Intelligence Division operating procedures.
This role would suit an individual with strong interpersonal communication, report writing and analysis skills, ability to provide clear guidance and conduct meetings with stakeholder, with strong attention to detail and accuracy; comprehensive background in financial services and have/working towards AML/compliance qualification/equivalent; knowledge of relevant financial services and Financial Crime Risk management and an understanding of the Jersey International regulatory standards is desirable; proactive and well-organised individual, flexible approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team are key requisites.
