Description
Great role working on a range of matters providing administration, management and secretarial services for established and new Real Estate and Private Equity Funds. Which are typically Limited Partnerships, Fund Companies and SPVs including varied projects giving exposure to high quality clients, maintaining investor details and documentation, performing calls and distributions, creating and maintaining client records, creating and maintaining investor/limited partner registers, daily cash management, coaching and mentoring staff, coordinating secretarial and regulatory client needs.
This is a position best suited to a commercial yet technically minded individual who enjoys the challenge of providing technical and operational solutions to clients, educated to at least ‘A’ Level (grades A-C), and GCSE Mathematics and English (Grades A-C / 9-4); preferably completed/studying towards ICSA Diploma/similar; must have demonstrable real estate/private equity/trust and company experience, preferably with knowledge of corporate structures, SPV administration. Company Secretarial knowledge would be advantageous.
