Description
An exciting, fast moving, broad role has been created to provide support to Registry Senior Leadership team through transformational change and strategic supporting team across broad range of initiatives to help deliver the divisional plan, new strategy and mission statement and providing exposure to aspects of project delivery, business analysis and planning and increase your visibility of decision making and prioritisation at a senior level and providing enhancements to external guidance and website content as part of a customer service delivery, supporting production and analysis of management information to aid decision making and to track and improve performance, help design and maintain enhanced internal training support and team site along with effective management of communications, identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline activities.
This role would suit a self-driven organized individual with attention to detail and strong communication skills and interested in making positive changes to processes to improve both colleague and customer experience, ability to work collaboratively within a team using decision making skills, develop new technology skills and apply analytical skills for reporting performance data and management information, to identify and support continuous improvement opportunities. Experience in process improvements, communications, analytics and performance reporting would be preferable.
