Description
This is a great role oversee a client portfolio, assisting with establishing, maintaining and terminating fund, managed business and other corporate structures; maintaining accurate statutory records and updating system records; checking and reviewing client constitutive documents; compliance with internal procedures and company policies; co-ordination of director and shareholder meetings; preparing and processing bank transfer instructions and investor capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and redemptions; assisting with investment acquisitions and disposals; facilitating investor reporting; assisting with periodic client file reviews; conduct CDD requests; maintain board meeting trackers and template agendas; monitor action logs across clients.
Candidate will have excellent attention to detail; strong time management and organisational skills; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; educated to at least degree standard/equivalent; 2 years of demonstrable funds/corporate structures experience, preferably with knowledge of private equity or real-estate and a range of regulatory classes; studying towards a relevant professional qualification; competency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, O365; knowledge of Nav One preferable.
