Description
The successful candidate will become an integral member of Fund Administration team responsible for maintaining oerational efficiency and handling various funds and co-investment vehicles within portfolio across Private Equity and Debt asset classes. He/she will co-ordinate board meetings, support investor call, distribution and reporting processes, ensure smooth settlement processes for portfolio investments and sales, handle fund-related payments, legal documents, and investor data, review policies and systems efficiency, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, understand reporting and corporate governance requirements, assist with improvement projects and work allocation.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire for continuous learning and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, be highly motivated, meticulously organised with strong communication and prioritisation abilities; able to work under pressure and to deadlines, deliver results and a great team player; at least 2 years fund administration experience, understanding of investments, funds and treasury functions; GCSE English and Mathematics A*-C and A Levels, MS Office competency, and a plus would be knowledge of Jersey and Luxembourg LLP and corporate structures, accurate and attention to detail.
